The System
The laser system NOVOLAS™ Basic AT Compact is an air-cooled and thus especially compact laser system. It is designed for integration into production lines and manufacturing cells. The 19”-housing of a depth of 500 mm includes a fiber-coupled laser module (single-emitter high-power laser-diodes) with an optical power of 40 W. It is equipped with a front display for process state and system diagnosis. It can be used as a tabletop unit and may be combined with all fiber-coupled optics of the NOVOLAS product line. The mutually matched components provide high process stability as well as cost-saving production.

Applications
The NOVOLAS™ Basic AT Compact may be configured according to the needs of the customer. It may be upgraded by a wide range of accessories and options. With is optical power of 40 W, the Basic AT Compact is specially suited for contour welding applications with standard and GLOBO-Optics as well as simultaneous welding of welding areas up to 100 mm2.
