A special mask welding system with supreme precision. NOVOLAS™ MICRO welds fine structures as narrow as 100 µm. Any imaginable shape can be welded with a positioning accuracy down to 2 µm. Masks can be exchanged with ease, allowing for high flexibility. NOVOLAS™ MICRO can be operated as a manual workstation or integrated for mass production.
